Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Toy Car to Real Car AI (“we”, “the service”) at toycartorealcarai.org. By creating an account or making a video you agree to them, to our Acceptable Use Policy and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

We turn one photo of your car into an AI-generated video of the toy car to real car trend. Your video is our own AI-made train-window clip: your car replaces our template car frame by frame, first as a die-cast scale model on the window ledge, then at full size on the road. No frame of anyone else’s video is used. The swap is made with Kling 4.0 in edit mode, run by our AI video provider. Results come from third-party AI models and vary: we can’t guarantee every detail of your car. The video keeps the badges, lettering and number plate shown in your photo and adds none of its own, though very small lettering can come out slightly off. Each video carries the trend’s sound.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account, buy credits or plans, or make a video. You sign in with Google or with your email address. Keep your login secure: you are responsible for what happens on your account.

3. The photos you upload

You keep the rights to your photos. By uploading one, you confirm that you took it or have the right to use it. Keep anyone who could be recognized out of the photo. You give us a limited licence to process the photo only to make, check, store and deliver your video and to keep the service safe. We never use your photos to train AI models.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which says which photos you may use and what you can’t make.

5. Your videos

Subject to these terms, you may download, share and post the videos you make. Videos made with pack credits or on the Basic plan are for personal use. The Pro and Studio plans also allow commercial use, such as posts for a dealership, a detailing business or a car club. Car makers’ and toy brands’ names, badges and designs stay their owners’; don’t present a video as an official ad. Label your videos as AI-made where a platform asks you to.

6. Credits, packs and plans

• Credits pay for videos. One video uses 10 credits, and prices are shown before checkout. There is no free tier.
• Packs are one-time payments, and pack credits never expire.
• Monthly plans (Basic, Pro and Studio) renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancelling stops the next renewal, and the credits already granted stay usable until they roll off.
• Plan credits you don’t use in their month roll over for one more month, then lapse.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner and merchant of record, Waffo, which handles billing, sales tax and receipts.

7. Failed and blocked videos

If a video fails or times out, its credits return to your balance automatically. We check every photo and every finished video automatically. A photo that fails its check costs nothing. A finished video that fails the safety check is not delivered and keeps the credits it cost, because it was already made; if you think the check was wrong, contact us and we will review it, and we can add the credits back by hand.

8. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy: an unused pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, and so can a plan payment whose credits you haven’t used.

9. Service providers

We use kie.ai to run the video model, SeeAPI for safety checks, Cloudflare for hosting and for storage (R2), Resend for email, Waffo for payments and Google for sign-in. The Privacy Policy explains what each one receives.

10. How long files are kept

Uploaded photos are deleted after 2 days and finished videos after 14 days. Download anything you want to keep.

11. Not affiliated

Toy Car to Real Car AI is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any car maker, toy brand, rail operator, AI app or model maker (including Kling), the creators of the trend, or other sites with a similar name, such as toycartorealcarai.com. Names are used only to describe the trend.

12. Copyright and takedowns

We don’t use creators’ videos. Videos include the trend’s sound, whose rights stay with their owners. To ask us to remove something, see copyright and takedown.

13. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is”. We may change features, prices or these terms; material changes take effect when posted here, and a new plan price applies from your first renewal after we tell you about it.

14. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
