Acceptable Use Policy

Which car photos you can use with Toy Car to Real Car AI, what you can’t make, and how to report a video.

Last updated: 2026-11-01

Toy Car to Real Car AI is for fun videos of cars, made by adults: you must be 18 or older to use it. By using the service you agree to these rules, along with our terms of service.

Photos you may use

  • A photo of your own car.
  • A photo of a friend’s, family member’s or customer’s car, with their OK.
  • A photo that you took or have the right to use: not someone else’s post, a press photo or a listing photo you didn’t take.

The photo should show one car and no people. Crop out anyone who could be recognized. The video keeps the number plate, badges and lettering as they are in your photo, so cover or crop out the plate first if you don’t want it seen.

Not allowed

  • Photos in which a person can be recognized. We don’t put people into videos.
  • Photos you don’t have the right to use.
  • Using a video to impersonate a car maker, toy brand, dealer or creator, as a fake ad or endorsement, or to mislead a buyer about a car you sell.
  • Videos that promote dangerous or illegal driving.
  • Sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, or attempts to make the AI produce it.
  • Adding logos, trademarks or other material you don’t have rights to.
  • Trying to get around our checks or limits, for example with many accounts.

How we enforce this

We check every uploaded photo and every finished video with automated safety filters. A photo that fails its check costs nothing; a finished video that fails keeps the credits it cost, as the refund policy explains. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and we cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities. Uploaded photos are deleted after 2 days.

Posting your video

Label your video as AI-made where the platform asks you to. Don’t present it as real footage or as an official ad.

Report a video

If you believe a video made here breaks these rules or uses your photo without permission, email support@toycartorealcarai.org with a link or a description. We aim to respond within 48 hours and will remove videos we still host. See also copyright and takedown.

Questions

Can I use a photo of someone else’s car?

Yes, with the owner’s OK and a photo you took or have the right to use. Don’t use strangers’ posts, press photos or listing photos you didn’t take.

Can people be in my car photo?

No. Crop out anyone who could be recognized before you upload. We make videos of cars only.

Will my number plate show in the video?

Yes, as it is in your photo: the video keeps your car’s number plate, badges and lettering and never adds or invents any. If you don’t want the plate seen, cover it or crop it out of the photo before you upload.
