Trademarks

Car makers’ names, badges and designs, and toy brands, belong to their owners. We mention car models only to describe the trend and the videos people make, and that implies no endorsement. A video shows the badges and lettering that are on the car in your photo; we never add a badge or invent one. Don’t present a video made here as an official ad for a car maker, toy brand or dealer; the acceptable use policy has the details.

Music

Videos include the trend’s sound. The rights to that music stay with its owners, and using it here claims no ownership of it. If you hold rights in it and want a video removed, send a takedown request to support@toycartorealcarai.org. You can also swap the sound for another track when you post.

Creators’ videos

We never use creators’ videos. Every video is made from our own AI-made template clip, and no frame of anyone else’s video appears in it or on our pages. When we write about the trend, we link to the original posts and credit their creators instead of embedding or re-uploading them.

Photos of people

We don’t process portraits. The generator is for photos of cars, and we don’t put people into videos. Crop out anyone who could be recognized before you upload. The video keeps the number plate as it is in your photo, so cover or crop it out first if you don’t want it seen.

Takedown requests

Email support@toycartorealcarai.org with a link to the video or page, or a description of it, the rights you hold, and how to reach you. We aim to reply within 48 hours and will remove what we host. Finished videos are deleted after 14 days in any case. For other questions, see the contact page or our terms of service.
